My favorite Super Bowl commercial is the ad for the new Star Trek movie. I am a big Star Trek fan so this is something I am looking forward to seeing when it comes out in the theaters. The target audience of the commercial is science fiction fans, especially those who love the Star Trek series.This is evident by the number of space scenes and aliens shown in the commercial and the sneak peaks at the main characters of the series, Captain James Tiberius Kirk, Dr. Leonard McCoy, and Spock.People who like the Star Trek Series will want to know more about how the three inseparable comrades met and forged a friendship.

The scene where the Enterprise comes swooping in with phasers blazing adds a very dramatic effect.One audio element that raises questions about how the movie will unfold is at the end of the commercial when you hear the voice of young Captain Kirk shouting “Do it! Do it!” just as you see a Federation ship explode.It leaves the you wondering what happened and makes you want to see the movie to find out.
